Hi Silky Friends! Everyone looks soooo gooood in these pics! Thank you for sharing your Hermes with me! Here is a pic of Sequences shawl taken last weekend in Santa Fe. The second pic is especially for Jahna.....my boots! Hope everyone is having a great week!

I am quite positive that you are too darling for words, always, but especially in this picture! You have Santa Fe all over, don't you? This is my favorite post of the year from you Ladybaga!

Jahna, don't hate our zesty doll-face. I do believe your boots are even more fabulous...(lady, I know you can handle this.......:smooch:

Ladybuga, you look so vibrant and lovely and of course the Sequences shawl add an extra fabulousness!! Love!

Honey, dear one, we are going to do that, along with our scarfie friends! You, however, are going to "dress down". I have seen you IRL, and the cowboys are going to laugh you out of the state (you are too put together)!

Actually, what fun! ...to gather the scarifies for a ... gathering (sorry to repeat the same word) at a resort in Wyoming!! I so miss my state...

Count me in!!!:hugs: I was also gonna ask if my pic can also pass as "scarves that fool the eye." My reasoning is, pairing the Sequence shawl with the dress, perhaps one might ask, "Is that a shawl? A dress? A shawl? A dress? A shawldress???:D I'll work on the "dress down" but I can't promise anything. Would it help if I confessed that there is a small rip at the top of the sleeve?

WOWZA LadyB - you are rocking these colors and this shawl is just the icing on a too fabulous of a brilliant rainbow cake! The boots are glorious too!

Thank you everyone for your sweet compliments on the JdM, especially maedi, etoile, sophie, jp and jahna. It has been far too long since I've donned it.

sparkle
- you look gorgeous - and am glad to know you're at work with the silks as company!

Thank you, lanit! I took this shawl with me to Santa Fe not realizing I had a dress that matched it! I know it is not at all fashion forward to be so matchy matchy, but I LOVE to do it anyway! One thing for this season that I noticed is that designer bags MJ, LV etc... are being made in the same fabric as the dresses! For once, I am fitting in!!! :D

Oh Ladybaga! Look at that shawl, that dress, that bangle & those boots! U are SO well put together! I am green with envy & wish I could do the job half as well as u could!:p

D Lee, Thank you so much! I think you are doing an amazing job with your stying! I have so enjoyed your posts of your ever growing H collection! You have fantastic taste!!! I love all that you have added!!

Sparklelisab, I am blushing all over myself. My whole body is blushing. Thank you! And, no offense taken on my boots. Mine haven't had the privilege to ride a horse yet, so I think Jahna probably has me beat in that arena. Mine are "dressing up to play pretend cowgirl like on a movie set ranch." I think I also wore them to the rodeo a few years ago, but we saw Maroon 5, so no country music there. :D

Thank you pjlatte! I do love my colors! In fact, I always loved coloring books, markers, crayons, as a kid, so that must be why I am so drawn (pardon the pun) to bright things. That, and I always wanted a Light Bright toy where the colored pegs lit up when place on a screen that had holes in it. (You are probably much too young to know what I am talking about!)

LB, you are so "channeling" Santa Fe in this outfit!! You look so vibrant and your smile is just the icing on the cake!! :)

Lol!! ;) Yes! So true... It IS a pairing that "fools the eye" :). You are too cute!! :)

My spring silk today: Jardins des Métamorphoses by Houtin. It looks very antique to me, although it was only issued a few years ago.
Lanit - the scarf matches so well with you lipstick .

Here is my look for the day. I actually had to go to work which was a huge chore--makeup, shower, hair, shoes and silk.
Sparklelisab - Honey I'd love to be your twin on this scarf in this exact cw. I had hesitated buying it until I saw a photo of this scarf worn by my idol last week (Ms. Lagarde). It's sold out according to my SA :crybaby:. Someday.. :sweatdrop:

Thank you, Chestnutty. However, you do not want to see me in a cowboy hat. I look silly in cowboy hats. Now, if I could get an Indian headdress, I would wear one of those for sure! (Maybe not the full floor length feather model, but a head band type with one or two feathers a la "Pani Shar La Pawnee" style. :smile1: That, I would try!

Ladybaga, I have had it with your ueber cute outfits:D:woohoo::greengrin:. This scarf, dress, bangle, boots are so fabulous! You should be in an H ad. You really, really look fantastic.

You got me there... I had to google what you're talking about. Is this it??? :D
