Thankyou so much for the sweet words on the mousseline
Etoile,LadyBaga,Arabesques,and Maedi It's such fun when friends like you approve , you can be sure when I wear this here it will provoke a quick intake of breath , followed by 'I suppose it's from Hermes?'[ the word Hermes to be pronounced disdainfully with a long sibilant at the end!]
Here in the edgy innovative inner city area I live everyone looks like they've been dragged through a hedge backwards [ in a very planned way!!]
I sometimes look like a creature from another planet , Planet Orange

You wear your scarves so beautifully and your colour choices are always spot on for your colouring . I love orange too and have recently crossed to the blue side , great isn't it ?
Your Bottes is such a divine colour- that azure blue .
Pique Sellier is a lovely soft orange and looks like it is a really easy scarf, not too fussy and a bright neutral too . In short your collection is stunning!

I had time to experiment today and decided to tackle Le Robinson Chic, which had been sitting patiently in the drawer. Of the 8 "flags," I am showing the Hermes Sellier and what I think is H en Camouflage.

OK I really really LOVE this scarf now..Really.

Hi everyone! It's my very first time posting in this thread but I just wanted to say that I've been a lurker forever and everyone here has inspired me so much! I've recently fallen in love with scarves and shawls (black hole!!!) I also purchased a shawl ring from Nancy of Kaleidoplace and was so intimidated to use it but here's my first attempt! I love using it!!

Special shout out to MaiTai who's style is truly impeccable! God knows how many times I've watched your youtube videos!

I woke up at 10pm last night (work overnight) and saw a little box at my front door.
I was saving this lovely Le Mors a la Conetable for Spring, but what the heck, it's my birthday!!!

Happy early birthday, dooneybaby - well earned for sure, and what a lovely pop of colour for early spring!

I love the royal blue A Propos de Bottes on you, hermesick - so stunning with black. I'm glad H re-issued the design this year, even if it's only a gavroche. And Pique Sellier is very nice in this color too

Silkie Friends, my girl Chevre had her first babies last night in the middle of a freezing storm. My son saw the black dots on the ground way out in the field, and we went screaming and running to save the babies. I grabbed my grand-sons and he literally picked Mama Chevre up and we scuttled back to the garage. Pierina, Maedi often ask about my love, my animals so they are giving me an excuse to show you Chevre's baby boys: Kelly and Birkin. Pardon the mess of the background but look how sweet the wolves were---Tovah, the female wolf licked and cleaned one of the babies while Mama goat did the same with brother. What inspires me: Life!

I'm a city girl through and through, so I can't even imagine spotting baby goats in the night, but it's such a wonderful story. And they're so cute! Thanks for sharing, sparklelisab! I still remember your pic of Chevre inside your B

From now on, Chevre, Kelly, and Birkin will have extra meaning when I think them! Those little ones and their mama are so fortunate to have you for a caring mother. We just had a freezing, spitting storm last night and I had to run out to the field to fix things with the animals' water (pump malfunction—wearing a mousseline no less), but to give birth in that?! They look so very darling. I'm sure they're getting lots of cuddles.

Lol . Thank you. Luckily you won't have to turn green.. It's Essie's Where's My Chauffeur. I'll have to check out Chanel nouvelle vague. I didn't realize they had a turquoise. I hadn't seen it. I do have polishes from 15 years ago, like the original Vamp, Very Vamp, Metallic Vamp, Iridescent, etc. lol. And they're still good as new .

LadyB - you are totally chic in your Surprise silk. I love this one best of all, but adding another white silk to my collection would be positively greedy of me. I shall enjoy yours all the more.

Some gorgeous 'feu' tulips arrived yesterday and I could not resist wearing the Quataris to match them. There are some shawls that eventually one might become less fond of. This one I love dearly because the horses are what brings my love of H to mind.

Thanks sophieg. The knot came about accidentally. Lol . I had it tied a certain way with the ends hanging..more white showing.. And decided I might like less dangling look and more of a necklace look. . So I tied the ends in the back

So pretty lanit!! Jealous of those beautiful "feu" tulips! I received purple ones for valentines day that are still in bloom, but feu is much more stunning.. .

Love flame colour but it's elusive to find for scarves and clothes too.
