Well, my biceps won't be 14 inches any longer.:sad: My trainer just got fired.................for sleeping with half the gym.:rolleyes: *sigh* Oh well, such is life. I'll just play with my new H purchases to cheer myself up. Oh!!! I have an idea.:idea: I can just curl my Birkin. That thing's so heavy anyway.

Hey, hey, hey! Get your mind out of the gutter. I was not involved in this whole mess, because he was living with a friend of mine, so I never got involved with him. Didn't seem to stop him, though, from trying.:rolleyes:

But in case you're wondering, we did tons of lunges, squats, military presses from a sitting position with heavy weights, running stairs (40 flights), etc. No one pushed me like he ever did. He would work me until complete muscle failure. One time I couldn't even feel my legs!!!!
