I like either #2, although I prefer the oyster bracelet. I don't like the 3rd one that much because the face looks small cause of the "outline" coupled with the markers. Plus, I love the fluted bezel, it doesn't look as simple ;)

Does'nt really matter which one you go for at this stage as you can always pay for a dial change by Rolex at a later date,be warned though if the watch is over 12 months old they will want to do a service as well (standard practice for maintaining quality) A Rolex should ideally be serviced between every three and five years to stop the oil becoming sludgy and straining moving parts of the movement,so you could always change later, and I notice you are going for one with a white gold fluted bezel(described as Rolesor due to Hallmarking accordance)at a later date you could go for a diamond dot dial in pretty much any color, mother of pearl with or without diamonds, ask your Rolex dealer to show you the master catalogue as the datejust model with the white gold bezel has a huge choice to go at! I actually agree with most of the previous posts on here that number 2 is the loveliest! The jubilee bracelet keeps it feminine yet distinctive, and I always felt a black dial is a little masculine unless its on a big sports model(I wear a gents GMT2 because I love its sportiness, and have a datejust mid-size with a roman, rhodium dial on jubilee for times the GMT isn't approriate, weddings etc) I hope this helps, and well done on your choice of brand!!! Brilliant watches,as its a waterproof watch mine wash up,wash the car,do gardening, horseriding etc and then get clean with me in the shower or the bath!

#2. I have the SS/gold with the jubilee bracelet and fluted bezel. Mine has the champagne face--I would love to change it to MOP...Chaz, can I do this?
yes, there should be no problem doing this,be warned tho,the mop dial is expensive and you will probably be charged for a service too,but if its due for a service anyway that will take care of the movement side of things(it really can't be stressed enough the watches some ladies wear, such as Rolex's,are a serious peice of kit inside and do need taking care of,just as you would a car and as they are so expensive the price of a service is peanuts in comparison to the pleasure they give, and the initial outlay!)Within the service tho,the whole watch will be re-furbished,case and bracelet,by trained technicians and will look fantastic when you get it back!!! If you are considering this outlay(and it is a lot!)have a think and maybe go the whole hog with diamonds? As a general rule of thumb,if your watch is all white metal, you can have any color except with any yellow metal(numerals etc)on it,if your watch as you said has yellow gold on it the same rule applies in reverse! And the mixed metal, yellow gold and steel on a jubilee with a dia dot mop dial is an absolute classic!!! If your not into diamonds that much Rolex do some beautiful colors of mop, with arabics, numerals or markers.Lastly make sure you go to a reputable dealer, your watch goes to Rolex, and prepare for a bit of a wait!In the Uk it can take up to six weeks, longer if its near Christmas(over here everyone seems to get their watch done for the festive season!!!) If your watch is a datejust you will have the biggest choice of dials as this is Rolex's most popular ladies movement! Good luck! And if you need any more help I'll be only too happy to oblige!xx

A quick look at my mid-size and my GMT,I really do think paler dials on the ladies sizes can look much prettier and more feminine, and ultimately go with much more of your wardrobe,if your forking out so much cash you want to get maximum wear appeal!!!

I have this exact watch but in SS/Yellow Gold. It is at the Rolex service center right now to upgrade from white dial to white dial with diamond markers.

Yummy!!Bet the wait is killing you!!! But it will look fab and soooooooo worth the wait!!!
Another interesting point, when your watch comes back it may not keep as good time as it did before,as they are always re-set to the chronometer standard, don't panic though, just keep an eye on how much it is losing or gaining, take it back, tell your jeweller, and it will be re-set to your paticular wearing style,it won't take as long as the original service etc. Both of mine had to be re-set when I got them, its just everyone is slightly different and the watch responds diffrently to different wearers, some do some don't.Its not an uncommon thing.(I quite liked it actually, rather like having a luxury bespoke suit or something!!!)
