I regret the Totally MM that I bought. Initially I bought the bag to use for work. My intention is to put a laptop in it. But I switched jobs and no longer carry a laptop. So the bag is too big for my needs. While it's a practical bags with the two outer pockets and the comfortable straps, it's a bit plain. When I need a big tote to schlep a bunch of stuff around I tend to use my Longchamp tote instead. So for me it doesn't justify my keeping it.

Not a full regret, but I was lusting after a givenchy Antigona for 2 years, I went to finally go buy it and walked out of Neiman Marcus with a lv empriente mazarine noir.. I love my mazarine but regret buying it before the Antigona because now I am still lusting over that bag!! Except I'll have to get it in nude, no need for two black bags 😁

Only one really, my damier graphite roadster. I bought it to use as a travel bag, but it is just so massive, I always end up using my zephyr + porte documents GM instead, or my Cristopher Nemeth 45 keep-all.

I regret my Snowflakes Coin Purse (Silver Vernis?)....it was an LE item from quite a few years ago and cost me a pretty penny.

Don't use it at all. I mean, it's pretty and it's soooo nice to look at. But I can't bear to ding it up with coins and I really have no need for it at all other than as a purse ornament....

Also somehow, it developed a scratch on the backside and now I'll never be able to get even 50% of what I paid for it. Hmph.

I love Totally so much that I have two (mono and DE) and just bought the DE in the PM size for my daughter who has used it non stop as a daily work bag since Christmas. I like the fact that it holds all the usuals, has comfortable straps, a zipper, and external pockets. You might say it's plain, but no more so than the Neverful.

When the Damier Graphite line premiered many years ago, I bought the Tadao GM (well at the time there was only one size) thinking that it would be my favorite bag.

It turns out this was a great tote, but I hated DG: too dull, too serious, too boring. It just wasn't for me. I sold it to someone who could give this bag a loving home and never regretted it. [emoji2]

I think I learned my lesson. I consider a lot of factors before making a big purchase and I refuse to "convince" myself that a bag will work eventually.

To me it's the Audacieuse PM in aube. I had been hunting for this bag for months, because it looked so cute, and I'm a big fan of Empreinte leather.
But when I finally owned it, I knew imediately that it wasn't for me - to small, the opening is awkward, and neither the short handle nor the shoulder strap really work for me.
So will have to go....

Epi Lockit. I bought it 6 years ago and have maybe used it less than 10 times. I got blinded by the pretty dark purple color and didn't consider that it wasn't a practical size or shape for me. I've just taken pictures to send to fashionphile and yoogi's closet to see what they might offer me for it.

Speedy Epi 25 in Myrtle. After being a longtime lover of the Speedy (it is my fave bag ever, I have 4 in sizes 25 and 30)...I just did not like it in the Epi leather. The opening was so difficult to get into and stiff, so I had to sell it. I would also say the Neverfull GM. Just way too big and looks silly on me! It is great for travel, but I only travel a few times per year. I sold it. I made out great though since I bought it in 2008 for 800 or so and sold it last year for 875! It still looked new. :D
