I try to match most of my bags with their coordinating wristlets, or the wristlet to complement the color combo of my other bags. It's easier for me to switch out the wristlet (it can also double as a wallet).

I cannot bring myself to buy a full-size wallet to match each and every bag - it's a pain to keep switching out my cards & stuff each time! Plus I'd be so broke! So I just have 5 seasonal wallets in black, brown, white, signature & purple that can easily coordinate with whatever bag I'm carrying.

I buy a little of everything...the accessories can be so much, that I'd rather buy another bag than have the matching wallet. The range on what I like is to big...I'd be totally broke if I bought a purse with everything to match it. I think I only have one bag with a matching wallet - my legacy leather flap! And even that....because I got the french wallet in the striped....you only see how cute and matchy they are if the purse is open.

My SO thinks I'm crazy about matching stitching and trim... Friends tell me its ok... the wallet will be sitting in my bag... but if I KNOW, it bothers me.. regardless if others will be able to tell or not.

OMG! Exactly! I won't even use my charms on my Legacy bags because of the silver/gold thing. LOL.

I should also add, that is almost pains me to use my Poppy Demi with it's matching coin purse because of the silver/gold thing. LOL.



But I am excited that the embossed leather is coming out in white (whit brass trim) so that I can get a Mini Skinny and/or small wallet to use with this bag (since I missed out when they came out)

i think i'm a matcher depending on the item...i just bought the whiskey ali and had to have the matching wristlet, and the legacy stripe case to match the legacy stripe interior of the bag...

but otherwise, i don't match much. with the previous items i had, i tend to use anything, as long as it fits my needs.

I have too match. I must have a matching wallet. I only have 2 bags that I don't have a matching wallet. Now I get matching shoes for my bags. One of my pet peeves is when I see someone with a black signature bag and takes out a brown signature wallet. Ewww...

I saw this flower (poppy is it?) bag at the outlet on Monday. However, it was a leather bag. I think it was white or bone. I wanted it for summer. Anyway, I don't know if it had brass or nickel hardware but I'm wondering if the fact that it wasn't signature print would bother you as well? Just curious. Love that poppy!!!

I would like to get matching accessories but I just don't have the $$. That being said. After I bought my black leather signature bag (my favorite Coach bag), I tried to get the matching wallet. Sold out everywhere. I looked high and low for a couple of years. I even emailed Coach about it. Well, last year around this time, I went to the coach outlet and after much digging, I found 2 black leather signature wallets. One was large and the other medium size. I couldn't decide which one to get so I got both. My bag has brass hardware. Some of you may be horrified to know that my wallets have a black enamel button?? snap closure in nickel. But it is barely noticeable. I do love that it has black patent leather trim. I never really notice people's wallets but everytime I pull it out at a store the SAs say "Oh you have the wallet too!" I'm so surprised that anyone notices.

I believe the leather one had the brass hardware too, and yes it would bug me. LOL. I'm a dork. LOL.

Oh yes, and the poppies ROCK! Love that line!

I usually can't afford to buy a matching set of everything so I just buy the bag. But with the Legacy whiskey leather and stripe stuff, I love it so much that I want everything to go with my shoulder bag. Unfortunately I can't afford it all so I'll have to settle for the wristlet if I can ever get my hands on one.

Edited to add that I agree with a few others who said they'd rather spend the money on another bag, rather than a matching wallet or whatever.
