I wanted to get some help on here to decide between the 20B White Classic Flap w/ Silver HW or go for the 21C White Classic Flap w/ LGH HW (on pre-order). I'm so torn because both look modern and easy to wear. If anyone could help with either comparison photos/mod shots. I don't think there's a lot of photos floating around yet for the 21C white. The closest I could find is the one from 21S but the white is slightly different. I have the 20B bag with me but I can still exchange it as it's still kept in box/unopened/unused.

I've read some posts on here comparing Gold HW and Silver HW but none that could help me decide between the LGH. Thank you to those who can help!!

I’m sure they’re both so pretty but in their own way. I hope you can see the 21c irl to help you decide between the two. I’m curious to see if others can provide photos. I still have mine unused too but looking forward to using her soon. I’ve been seeing photos of the light blue cruise with light gold hardware and debating if I should exchange for that instead but I don’t know, I think the white will get more use.

Ps. You helped me find my 20b white...so thank you again :)

I think it really depends on the white. The 20B white is true white and I love it with SHW. But with something more ivory I think it would look nice with LGHW. I have a side of side photo of the 20B white with an ivory seasonal flap in AGHW and you can really see the difference.

Do you know what kind of white is 21C yet? That might help you to decide.

This Medium Classic Double Flap bag is in white caviar leather with gold tone hardware and features a front flap with signature CC turnlock closure, half moon back pocket, and adjustable interwoven gold tone chain link and white leather shoulder strap.

The interior is lined in white leather with the "love letter" zipper compartment underneath the first flap, an "outer" slit pocket under the second flap, and an interior compartment with two open pockets separated by a "lipstick" compartment.

Hi there, I actually got the 21C white yesterday so I took a picture this morning (the AM light is very warm but I think the picture is pretty accurate). It’s slightly warmer than a true white, but it still looks white and not ivory on me. I have a warmer leaning skin tone though and most of my wardrobe reflects this, so it fits perfectly with my color palette. It really pops without being clashing. If you have a cooler color palette though, you should choose a cooler white since it would actually be less jarring on you. Basically, your perfect white really depends on your undertones. I hope that makes sense :)

I love it! Do you know if this comes in small or only M/L size?

I'm hoping to be able to see the 21C in person, too! So happy to help you...I know how frustrating it can get to search for a certain bag but you should definitely keep the white since you'll get better use out of it. It's perfect for the winter and summer.

Throwing a curveball here but my dilemma with the two seasons and hardware is also due to the fact that my sister noticed there are stitching issue on the seams. I was so happy and thought it was perfect until that was pointed it out :/ We know it shouldn't be like this because her classics don't have this issue. I brought it up to my SA and she obviously says the same old "due to its handmade nature...". Anyway, long story short, she checked on their other units and they all have the same issues some more or less severe. The one I have is the best out of the lot. I'm thinking maybe this is a leather issue from 20B and 21C might be better. I'm also leaning towards the light gold now because I can then hopefully get one with less stitching issues. I've posted a pic here...do you see the same issue on your small?

Oh no that does not look good at all! I have to go check mine now :(
If it’s like this, I will have to ask for a different one or exchange for something else. I’ll check and let you know. How long is the return/exchange policy?

I normally go for silver or ruthenium hardware on most bags, but since white is bright, the light gold hardware will provide a touch of toning down the brightness while also providing a drop of contrast (silver is more of a monochromatic look with white). Good luck deciding.

Such a great way to look at it. I guess I'll be okay if it's a true white like 20B with the light gold hardware to tone it down. I just love the white from 20B so much.

I think it really depends on the white. The 20B white is true white and I love it with SHW. But with something more ivory I think it would look nice with LGHW. I have a side of side photo of the 20B white with an ivory seasonal flap in AGHW and you can really see the difference.

Yes! Definitely need to get a better idea on the kind of white 21C is. If it's similar to 20B, I am leaning towards the light gold hardware.

So lucky! Are you based in the US? I was told it's not officially launched yet so I'm dying to see it in person. You describe it warmer than a true white, do you think it's similar to 20B white? Thank you for posting your photo!

I'm hoping yours is not the case. I believe NM is 30 days but I heard that Chanel boutiques in department stores are now transitioning over to lease (under Chanel control) so then it would be 14 days. I think you're covered under the 30 days since that's the terms you bought it under.
