Yet another great thread! I think there is something quite primitive about the Y chromosome's ability to identify a great bag - although as with clothes there are definitely some bags men (or at least those I know) don't get. For example, when I showed my darling one the Hermes Kelly, he replied 'it's a granny bag'. As far as he's concerned it's the sort of thing the Queen Mother carried. Likewise anything contemporary floors him too - Novak, Stam, Paddington etc are all dismissed as 'hideous'. Yet, he loved my Mulberry, Luella, Anya Hindmarch and latterly LV bags - somehow that makes a lot of difference.
So, are there bags you wear for other women, but know men will never 'get'?
