I really appreciate everyone's responses so far! Keep 'em coming!

So far, the circle has more votes, but the flower's gaining speed. IRL, the flower pendant would be much daintier- that photo is obviously magnified a ton.

Oh, how I wish I could solve this problem easily and just buy both! :graucho:

Of those two, I prefer the circle. I actually think the circle will be a classic style for years into the future. I have a multi colored sapphire circle pendant and I always get a ton of compliments on it when I wear it.

honestly, i've never liked the circle pendant... too much empty space in the middle for my tastes. I like the flower pendant & single solitares becuase they seem more solid & there to me, y'know?

Thank you all for your input!

I agree with you. I went to try on the circle pendant today, and even though it was very small, there was still quite a bit of empty space and it somehow minimized the sparkle, if that makes sense.

So, even though the circle is winning, I think I'm going to go with the flower.

^^ I truly think the flower is more timeless than the circle and a better choice. I prefer to stay away from anything that has been a major trend when it comes to buying fine jewelry (like horse shoes, journey anything, circle of life, etc.). I've had a bezel set flower pendant for over ten years now and have no problem still wearing it..... I don't think "oh that was so 1998".........

I completely agree. I like to have timeless fine jewelry that I will want to wear for the long haul...I do like like the smooth and sleekness of the circle but the large open space and the slight "trendy" feel to it sways my vote for the flower. I am about your age and I think you wont get tired of the flower while the circle you might...
