Which Cartier watch to get?

I have the medium Ballon Bleu in SS and I love it as much as my J12. It's a very pretty watch.

While true "watch-o-philes" will always choose an automatic, I'll only buy quartz. I rotate among 3 or 4 different watches on a fairly regular basis and far prefer the convenience of being able to just select one and go. I don't want to worry about having to reset because one has gone unworn for days or weeks. Though some will complain about having to change a battery, it's something you only need to do every 5 years or so, which I'm fine with.

I agree. If you will only use the same watch daily, it makes sense to get the automatic. But if you have a few, the quartz will make it slightly easier to upkeep/maintain.
