which bangle/bracelet would you get?

I vote for the DeBeers!

I have something similar in rose gold from Bony Levy/Nordstrom.

I looooove it. :)

Thanks for sharing this link - hm, tempting, price-wise what a difference. I wonder if it is really down to the stones only or also the brand?

how is the quality of the Bony Levy bracelets? I like that these are really thin which is the look I am after but are the 'solid' if you know what I mean?

I am in minority here. Here is my preference
1. Tiffany Metro
2. Tiffany Metro
3. Tiffany Metro

:D:D

I am planning to buy one or two in future to stack with my loves. Good luck deciding.

I am guessing it's about the brand. My bracelets (I bought two!) are very sparkly and really solid. I have worn them literally every day for a year with no issues.

I get compliments on them constantly!! Also, I trust Nordstrom to make it right if I ever have a problem. Their customer service is the best of the best!

I'm planning to buy a couple more if they are on sale during the Anniversary Sale next month. :). Eventually I'd like to have six. Or 50.

Let us know whatever you end up getting!!

Lol! Thanks dear for your feedback - I am still undecided, when I see the Tiffany bracelet I like it for its closure and I feel it is a solid bracelet although I am not crazy about the setting of the diamonds but then I see the price...

Thanks dear for the answer - someone left on the review pages on the Nordstrom site that the bracelet was deformed after two weeks and this is what worries me

I saw that recently too and was briefly worried about mine. However, I literally wear them every single day (for a year) and have had zero problems. I sleep in them sometimes. :) Even the clasps are in good shape.

I have no doubt Nordstrom would replace them if they were deformed.

Where are you located? Would a return/replacement be too hard? I would probably be wary of purchasing if I wasn't really close to a Nordstrom and could go in and throw a fit if necessary. Haha.

not actually living in the US, so I think I have to stick to my original choices - if I want to go super-save I should only buy from Tiffany or VCA... hm...

I must admit I prefer the look of the Tiffany, I prefer a flush closure ....

However sometimes when we are stuck between several choices .. none of them are The One

Good luck with your choice:smile1:

I am in the minority also, I would say get either:

VCA-just gorgeous in every way to me.
Tiffany Metro-Design looks more seamless.

I think this is what really attracts me to the Tiffany - it is seemless.

for the VCA -I am not sure if it is not too 'romantic' for me?

deep down I love the Tiffany the most - I just can't justify the price at this point in my life (not that I was buying it right now).

I don't care for the closure, either. I like more of an eternity look. Plus I like how the diamonds are set in the Metro.

thanks - I think this is exactly what is bothering me about the other closure - it takes away from the eternity look, which is what i was looking for in the first place. my wedding ring, the only other piece of jewellery I am wearing, is a very thin full eternity ring and I want a bracelet to go with it. I am not crazy about the way the diamonds are set but perhaps I am just being too fussy.

There is a quote on here somewhere I think , can't find it now but it is very true it's something along the lines

You should always get your first choice even if you have to save up more as the saving made on the second choice will soon be forgotten but the regret of not getting your first choice will always taint the second choice .....

I have 4 eternity diamond slip-on bangles...2 tcw each. 2WG/2YG. I've worn them everyday for 10 years. I can honestly say...one of the best investments I've ever made! I get compliments all the time...............
Roberto Coin makes eternity bangles but they are expensive.

yep, and that is totally my motto, except I don't want to wear it and feel guilty about what I spent - I should probably connect it to some milestone so that I can justify it ... :smile1:

I want something timeless yet special, so I think an eternity bangle is the way to go,

thanks for the suggestion, I will check it out.

Sometimes just to be alive, happy & healthy is an occasion worth marking :smile1:

When you are an old lady in your rocking chair will you look back and say "I wish I hadn't spent the extra on the Tiffany bracelet" or will you look at your little ole lady wrists and wonder what the bracelet that you dreamed of back in your youth would have looked like? :smile1:
