RT First with the smooshiest leather. One of the best Bal reds IMO. This one is a lap bag too.

LV had a red Precious Dragon silk bandeau for the 2024 Lunar New Year that might have worked, but it's sold out on the US site.
You can always buy 100% silk (or cotton) bandeau/twillies in natural or white and dye them yourself if you feel creative. That specific red is so hard to come by otherwise!

I'm actually looking for something that's not "matchy-matchy", more like accentuating the RT or setting it off. No luck so far on the RT front, but found one that'll go great with Teal and Blue India...

I normally stash a large nylon foldable grocery bag in my WE for this sort of thing. I put my Bal inside then under the front seat. But if you don’t have a cover, it’s a really good idea to slip the tassels inside the pocket/bag. Better to be safe than sorry.
