I don't know if you're watching The Last of Us but last week's episode set in a mall was just *chef's kiss* -- and made me think of your post.
I recently got a new-to-me vintage epi Louis Vuitton bag and it made me wonder which materials (vs. which bag styles) would be the best to withstand a zombie age.
I love coated canvas in general and I think Longchamp nylon is meant for the ages too. But this 23-year-old epi bag I just got in basically perfect condition makes me think that maybe epi is the way to go. I remember Fabuleux once saying where here on tPF that epi is indestructible!
