Shooting star bags are made by the H craftsmen for their personal use. They cannot be sent back to H for repair, refurbishment etc.
ooooh! i didn't know that. so then the H craftsman for this particular one probably consigned it? you learn something new everyday being on this forum!
On a positive note, one would imagine that it was made with extra love by the H craftsman, and some would consider it a collectors item.
^I would love to have a shooting star bag. Not in box, but I think togo is a durable enough leather to be able to cope with home refurb.
