So, why is it some are made in China and some are made in Italy? I have two Burberry bags, both on the more "affordable" end that I bought directly from the Burberry store. Both have tags that say "made in China"….kind of disappointed. I wonder if there's a pattern for which ones were made in Italy and which were made in China. I wish they would have just lied to me and said Italy LOL :p

I can't say why some are made in China and some are made in Italy. But I feel for the more expensive bags, I would prefer mine to be made in Italy. I went to the store the other day to look at a bag for my mom and it is made in Romania. I don't know anything about Romania, but it was a little bit of a turn off that it wasn't made in Italy. All of my Burberry bags are made in Italy. But some of my outwear are made in China and one pair of my shoes is made in Romania.

I just bought a pair of Burberry sunglasses from Sunglass Hut, which is a reputable place. Upon checking them out, I notice on the ear handle, it says Made in China. I have all paper work came with it, cleaning cloth and authentic case. Are these real??? My other sunglasses say Made in Italy.

Burberry also manufacturers their items in China. I don't believe Sunglass Hut would ever sell anything fake.

My Burberry scarf is Made in UK, the watch is Swiss made and my clothes (t shirt, sweater, jeans) are made in Cina but i'm not happy about che t shirt's quality. I have a pair of sunglasses that are made in Italy.

My bags are from China and Italy, my scarves were made in Scotland and Italy, I have several polo shirts made in Turkey, and I have a trench that was made in Thailand.

I had never really paid attention until now. I don't necessarily mind that some of the items were made in China or Thailand (nor will it effect whether or not I buy Burberry in the future) but it was somewhat surprising. I guess I just assumed that it was all made in the UK and/or Italy.

I have one check hobo that is made in China. I think my husband bought it from Nordstroms or Nieman's. This bag feels very plasticky to me. The texture is very different from the Italy bags. The trim is not leather. Though I wanted this bag I don't really like using it that much. Now I have to make sure it's Made in Italy. Buyer beware.

I have 3 bags made in italy, one canvas tote which was only 295 made in China(so i don't elli mind), one wallet in hay market check from italy, one leather pouch from Moldova, one puffer jacket from thailand, and shirts from turkey. I like Made In italy the best but i feel like thats just more of a mentality thing and I can tolerate non made in italy items so I will definitely keep buying Burberry in the future because no matter how many brands I move on to (eg. Chanel. Hermes, LV etc)...Burberry will always be my British love. Nothing can beat that!

Burberry London wool/cashmere trench made in Bosnia, another wool/cashmere coat made in Italy.
Burberry Prorsum skirt made in Italy.
Burberry London cashmere blazer made in Italy.
Burberry shoulder Haymarket check bag made in Italy.
Burberry big luggage bag made in Italy.
Burberry laptop bag made in Italy.

I wouldnt probably want it if it was made in China...
