Where is your Burberry made in?

mine is made in Italy.

I wonder any burberry bags are made in Britain?

My Nova Check wallet is made in China. Probably the Nova Check sling bag as well, although that needs to be double-checked! The wallet was purchased at Holt Renfrew and the bag was from a Burberry store in B.C.

There is definatly a perception that if your item is made in Italy it will be of better quality than the same bag made in China. It is truly just a perception. Most of the materials, if not all, are sent to China where truly skilled (but cheap) workers put the bag together. I have Burberry's made in Italy, China, England and Turkey and can not tell the difference between either one. I do think the very high priced Burberry's are still being made in Italy, again, to promote the perception they are better made so we will pay the higher price. There is no doubt that Italy's leather is desirable. If you like the bag and it fits your budget and its made in Wang Bang province, who cares?

burberry does make some bags in China, that i've seen at the outlet stores .

and some of my burberry headbands have a made in china label on them.

Nearly everything is made in China these days. But I wouldn't worry. The main thing is that the bag is made to Burberry specifications by highly skilled workers. China has pleny of these.

I have a bag with the matching wallet, from a slightly more expensive collection made in Italy.

My little crossbody is made in China.

That said, the quality of both is great, but the bag is little more sophisticated than the crossbody.

I'd avoid that site like a plague if I were you. Just looking at the dodgy English blurb accompanying the bags would be enough of a red flag for me.
