got my first hamilton at macy's during their last friends and family sale. i prefer going to department stores since they usually have sales on them, but i also understand that the styles they have may be limited.

I've bought mine at dept stores, the MK website, and the MK outlet. Selection seems to vary greatly at each source, so where you buy depends on what you're looking for.

I usually buy them at either Macy's or Bloomingdales because my mom is an employee and gets a discount (which I use frequently!). I have bought a few at the outlet store and ONE at the actual boutique, but it was on sale. Either way, I never pay full price for them.

sorry if this sounds like a rhetorical question, but can michael kors stores do store look-ups like department stores can? i know it's been said they don't want to share/order in other stores stocks.

Lord & Taylor! Department stores are great because occasionally you can catch a sale on top of a sale!

I've bought from all different places - Macy's (in store and online), Dillards.com, TJMaxx, Marshall's, eBay, MichaelKors.com, and have ordered from the MK boutique and had it shipped to me.

I've found some amazing deals at all of these places, and have only paid full retail for 3 of mine (N/S Hamilton Luggage w/ghw, L Grayson Logo Satchel in Vanilla, N/S Hamilton Ostrich Tangerine) and don't regret those one bit

I like to go to the a actual boutique or the outlet. I like to purchase the handbags that. One from the actual boutique at the outlet for a cheaper price. . Just bought the jet set gathered chain embossed tote in a georgious silver color. Not sure what the exact name of the silver is. It's not the dark gray who b I think is gunmetal. Maybe it's slate. Anyhoo. Love it. I was nervous about it fading but they said it is patent embossed and it won't fade. I hope not because I will take it back for sure!!!!
