about 5 years ago. I got a bag and wallet for my bday and another bag that xmas.2004 was the best year for me I got 11 bags that year. Ever since I've been hooked.

My cousin got a coach watch during her coming of age party (requirement is to get your period LOL).. I was maybe 11-12 at the time, maybe a year or two earlier..

then a family friend got me a coach skinny that i beat to death and recently sold it..like kallison too many bad memories since I no longer talk to the buyer. The same friends sister took me to coach a couple of years ago, and she got a black signature hobo, and I got the black on white hamptons Cs wristlet with a giftcard. I babied that thing to DEATH..aka never using it until this year. but then I sold that too. Add then the start of this forum and there you go! I actually found the website because when I was trying to buy the scribbles hobo, I missed out by a day so was looking for a new bag and its history!

It started 3 years ago to the month, haha. I was going on a trip to NY with my BF's family and his mom told me to look online at the coach website to see if I saw anything I liked to look for on Canal St. :s I liked an all leather purse, and as you know, the fakes are all about the signature, so I just went to Coach on 5th ave and bought the real thing! It was $128 for a buckle demi and I couldn't believe I spent that much. Now it's nothing. :roflmfao:

I started liking Coach about a year ago but couldnt really afford it so I made myself a goal to buy one by Xmas..well, plans changed and so did my husband's job so I ended up buying myself a LV Speedy instead. Now I am jumping back onto the coach wagon and looking for the perfect tote! :-)

dec 25, 2005: total obsession since then. i got a coah for christmas ( freakin fake though: MIL) since then i am outta control. i think i'm up to about 12 purses, 6-8 wallets, 3 belts, 8 prs shoes, 4 key fobs, a scarf, 2 umbrellas.... its out of control...

I became obsessed about close to 2 years now, after I bought my Coach ladybug hobo, I was hooked! I have about 7 or 8 handbags & lots of little accessories to switch it up abit. I'm hoping for my first LV for x-mas! LOL

My first Coach purchase, a black Station Bag, was in December of 1992 (yes, I can remember exactly when it was and I still remember buying it like it was yesterday). I was 20 years old and had just gotten my first "real" job. It was my one and only Coach bag for years and I didn't get hooked at the time, mostly because I couldn't afford it. I didn't buy any other expensive bags until about 4 years ago, or so, when I picked up another Coach bag - I think it was a Mercer Lunch Tote - and that's what started my official handbag addiction.

Mine started about 7 years ago, when I started working retail. All the women that I worked with had them and I had always thought they were nice-this was back when Coach was all-leather. Well after being exposed to them on a daily basis, I decided I really must have one, despite the price.:p After all, when you stare at something on a daily basis and co-workers keep reminding you of the employee discount :wlae: , it becomes totally normal to spend several hundred dollars on a purse! Well, when the signature became really hot and Coach branched out into shoes, etc... it was all over but the crying!! Now I'm the proud owner of a couple of limited edition bags and a whole collection of fab shoes!! I'm a customer for life!:yes:

When I worked at Coach about 4 years ago. Being around it all day I started wanting everything and spent most of my paycheck on Coach. :p I still love everything I bought and have added a few more to the collection since then.
