Reebonz has lovely packaging yet comparably poor customer service and slow/ unpredictable shipping (bought vintage Chanel). Most of their stuff is now final sale, so... moving on...

Stylebop has AMAZING customer service. Really exceptional (bought large Ferragamo Sophia - received small and they went above and beyond to resolve).

Have used Farfetch (Givenchy Pandora), Forzieri ( Wang Rockie), and Outnet (Rocco), and Yoogis (vintage LV epi noe sling; Bal Day). All as expected- uneventful, as they should be.

Fashionphile (Bal velo) - like the buyback-for-70% option.

Always exceptional experience and service - in store and online- w/ Barney's, Nordstrom, Neimans, Saks, and Bloomingdales. I value the experience and the service and like to buy in store. Having said that, I live in a HIGH sales tax state, so the online curators ( Farfetch, style bop, Forzieri) can be great savings just from no tax, let alone good deals.

Great deals at Rack and TJMaxx Runway. They're all about the deal... Experience, not so much. I'm OK w/ that.

Tradesy- great response when I thought I bought a fake... Learned here that it was in fact authentic and told them. They responded immediately to the concern and the resolution. They were great.

EBay- not much to say.. It's eBay. I mostly avoid. Bonanza- bought and sold a few times to/from lovely sellers, but haven't looked there in years. Have become friends with a couple of sellers well outside Bonz- kind of cool.

Amazon- used to buy bags there a lot ( in my frenzied RM days, long past). I no longer shop there for bags, but I buy All The Other Things ( subscribe and save!)

Wow. Scary to see all that buying experience...

I use net a porter still mainly because their prices, unlike others experiences, are cheaper for me than other places and they ship for free and do free returns. This to me is important. I hate going to physical stores I do as much online as I can (including groceries) so free returns is great. I can buy a few things and try them on in comfort with my own accessories then return what doesn't work. And I don't pay an exchange rate with them if using PayPal.
I also use matchesfashion.com for the same reasons, free shipping and free returns though often the prices are higher than the same thing at NAP. I also get charged a conversion fee even though I am charged in AUD it is processed overseas therefore I have to account for the fee.
Exchange rate has seen me stick to those two lately but when it's better I also like revolve clothing, shopbop and forward by elyse walker. But I prefer to go somewhere with free returns before looking elsewhere.

SSENSE - Great prices and super fast delivery and tax inlcuded!!! I got a bag delivered from Canada to Australia. Chose the bag, paid for it, had it processed and delivered to me within 4 days (weekend included). Unbelievable :D

Alexander Wang online was Ok too - not as fast but packaged well.

Gucci online was great. Delivered the next day. Love my black Soho Disco ;)

Mytheresa has an amazing collection but I haven't actually bought anything from them yet.

Barneys and Selfridges have the best collection of bags. I spend hours browsing.

I'm hearing good things about Nordstrom on this blog so I feel confident to order from them. Thanks Guys.

Australian department stores (online) are the absolute worst - limited variety and un-inspirational - sorry to say.

I love shopping at Nordstrom because they carry a great selection of contemporary designer bags.
Ebay, Amazon, and Etsy are also dope for unique accessories at low prices. I have ordered so much costume pieces from there to spruce up my outfits when I'm seeking something trendy to go with my fine jewelry.

Louis Vuitton on line. Would rather receive a package from them than buy in person at their boutique.
Why? I just get a bigger rush having it come to my door and selecting purchases in the privacy of my own home.

Books (both e- and paper), movies, toys, and some clothing.... I cannot stop using Amazon. Good function of their wishlist that I can add anything from other sites. Made holiday shopping for me super easy!

Makeup/beauty: I do pretty much everything on Birchbox. They have a fantastic point system, I reached Ace status in just a few months, and fantastic discounts that also work with your points as well.

Clothing: ThredUp mostly for gently used items, then I discovered TheRealReal and haven't looked back. But I also frequently shop ModCloth, Bloomingdale's and Kate Spade. Bloomies seems to have a sale every time the wind blows! I am always on Everlane's site; I plan on scoring a couple of their silk tanks around spring/summer. Maybe a pair of loafers.

I don't know if this counts but Amazon!! Basically everything is on there and you can occasionally catch a really good deal. Shipping is fast and awesome (: I've never had an issue

I really like Tods shoes and often buy them on raffaello-network.com. Because it is based on Europe, the prices are often less and the selection is more than you find in the US.
