I just recently started blogging for them, and in all honesty, before I never even heard of the site! But it's legit a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Now I find myself shopping on there all the time. Would love to hear if any of you girls (or guys) shop there? It's obv. my new fav online shopping site =)

What I know now but didn't know when I'd ordered is that this company is Hong Kong and Singapore based but it is deceptively set up to appear as if the merchandise is coming from Canada; given the Canadian web site i.e. .ca and given the Canadian dollars. On the check out page it DOES NOT state that your order will be subject to customs and duties and some border. I say some border and this company apparently has distribution centres in different countries and therefore what you don't know is that you'll be surprisingly subject to custom and duties charges, "if" they are stopped at your border. The website had this hidden on a separate tab and link but it was very minimal on details. Not transparent nor ethical. So I refused the shipment due to these duties. However, my shipment was separated and one pair of glasses apparently 'secretly' got through customs without duties. An email confirmation that I received stated that this particular pair they'd filled with "distant" vision. I requested "progressive" prescription which I don't believe the company knows how to do it. I asked they confirm this when I placed the order but they never did. BUT they still filled the order, charged me and shipped it. I refused to accept this pair, as well. UPS put a slip on my door "sorry we missed you" because they required my signature. If these are not picked up they are suppose to be returned to the company. I'VE SPENT THE LAST 4 WEEKS EMAILING TO GET A REFUND FOR THESE GLASSES THAT i NEVER RECEIVED AND IT APPEARS THE ups COURIER LOST. A "Jennifer" takes days to respond and she keeps asking me to return the glasses even though I've responded multiple times that I do not have them. I even called Hong Kong and spoke with a "Dave" who was very cloak and dagger. Refused to provide me a name and number of a real person to speak to. Didn't even want to identify themselves. This company has made it's millions circumventing customs, denying legitimate refunds, and refusing to speak to their customers. I will continue to blog on every social media platform until I receive my rightful refund. I will report them to the IRS and CRA and Hong Kong's tax department if they do not provide my refund for a pair of glasses that I never received with a prescription that was incorrect but they filled it, charged me, and sent it anyway rather than honestly saying they don't do "progressive lenses". STAY AWAY from this company.

Agreed...also they are one of the last holdouts that doesn't charge tax if you have it shipped to yourself and don't have a Saks in your state!
