What's your favorite online store and why?

Matches, hands down. It's easy to get customer service right. What's harder, and what Matches manages to do effortlessly, is to assemble a fashion edit that combines functionality with edge, classic with trend. I am such a happy repeat customer 
Always a good signNet-A-Porter. Same day delivery (instant gratification), excellent customer service, fantastic range of designers. I have been inspired to try several things I wouldn't have otherwise thought of. Like @Bitten with Matches, I am a very happy NAP repeat customer.
Nieman Marcus. Most of my new bags have been bought through NM. We don't live anywhere near any luxury stores so most of my shopping does happen online. I have had great luck with NM. My grandmother also loved NM so it kinda rubbed off onto me I also like Nordstroms and Barneys (had good luck with them for the few things I have purchased). I will never do Saks Online again...also not the best in-store experience either. I will never buy from them online again...not sure about in-store. In store (as well as online) for Neimans, Barneys, and Nordstroms have all been great. You should expect a good experience when spending that much cash.
