I love my Boxford L for travelling, but recently got a Le Pliage XL travel bag too. I wanted something very lightweight that I could bring along for travels without it taking up space.

I've yet to wear the Le Pliage XL, but was wondering if anyone uses a bag organiser or shaper on the XL? I'm just wondering if it may look too droopy or saggy if I load things in there.

I use an organizer but it's a small size I put my handbag stuff in and set it on top of my clothes. I don't have an organizer that's large enough to cover the base of an XL LP but then again, the bottom doesn't really sag either.

I love my Le Pliage L travel bag. I’d actually ordered the Le Pliage M from Selfridges and they sent the large travel bag! I ended up keeping it and loved traveling with it on a recent trip to Cape Town. It made a great carry-on and carried everything I needed as well as what my twin babies needed in the flight. Couldn’t recommend it enough. I wouldn’t want to go bigger and I love the fact it folds down to nothing.

I have an expandable and it’s an awesome bag. Lightweight, but it really holds a lot - even when unexpanded.
The other bag I use when traveling is the Le Pliage Neo Tote (medium). The crossbody strap is key for me, and while it’s clearly smaller than the duffel, it holds a decent amount.

Hello Le Pliage Lovers! If I wanted a travel bag that is easily carried on the shoulder, either by an adjustable shoulder strap or handles long enough where I could carry on the shoulder comfortably (with a long enough drop), what are the names of styles and sizes that would suit this. There are so many styles of Le Pliage that it confuses me. The bag should also be nylon, to keep it lightweight. It should not be a small size, but big enough to hold at least 2 changes of clothes. Thanks in advance for the info.

I love that you can fold it up really small so you can keep it in your closet. Grab and go.

If you can find one, the Longchamp X D'heygere S Travel bag / Backpack is awesome…because it has backpack straps!! Otherwise it’s constructed just like the standard travel satchels…just much nicer to have the option to distribute the weight and have your hands free if needed. Also opens up wide and sits nicely, so it’s easy to use at your destination (assuming you’ll want to keep using it for other things after baby arrives ☺️).
