Yup, D.Y. can easily be resized by Yurman directly or any competent jeweler, it's easiest if the ring has a smooth shank on the bottom so the cabling doesn't need to be retouched.. You can also special order any Yurman ring in your size. I have had my Yurman rings both sized and special ordered for me since my finger is also a size 4 or 3.75 in narrow band rings. You can also special order Yurman bracelets in a smaller wrist size! :yes:
