Alright, so this is my current set up for grabs and go. I got this Balenciaga courier earlier in the year. Before this I carried around a Tumi crossbody for the entire year due to pregnancy and then having a newborn and pandemic. And when I got this bag, I made a switch and now I'm carrying way too much. This thread might convince me to rotate bags more often if the thread keeps up!

1. Shiseido pouch for extra face masks
2. Coach small leather wristlet that contains random medication because I'm now my grandma
3. Clemence wallet
4. Glasses in the Chanel case
5. Dior sunglasses
6. L'occitane pouch that contains granola bars and baby crackers for emergency snack and sanitizer spray
7. Coach straw wristlet that has wet wipes and pack of tissue
8. Mbmj key pouch for my keys
9. Coach patchwork wristlet that contains essentials: pen, tissue, sunscreen, allergy pills, hair tie.

I really don't need to carry so much and putting these things in pouches is really weighing my bag down. But I don't go far right now so (pick up drop off kids and grocery) and I love this bag for how roomy it is!

I feel the same way about pouches, they tend to weigh down your bag, which can make a difference when you're walking a lot. With the exception of the stuff that's in my essentials bag (which I don't access every trip), everything is easy to grab while I'm walking. That's another reason I need a bigger (lightweight) bag because it's roomy enough to reach in and grab something without digging through looking for it.
Thanks for taking time to share your current set up!

Courier has been my favorite Bal style forever. Love a good hobo. :hbeat:
I do agree on the pouches - sort of. Leather and coated canvas pouches do add weight. I use pouches, but they are thin nylon like LeSportSac and Kipling for the most part. They're so lightweight they add close to no weight. I do love the look of leather pouches, though.

Haha I bought two courier in one month and want to buy more. I've put myself on a bag ban now until June. One a month and I was two over my quota by April . I think courier is officially my favorite bag and I need to buy one or two more in case they start to disappear from the preloved market.

Totally agree that nylon and canvas pouches are much lighter and roomier but leather ones are so much prettier. As soon as my ban is over I'm going to get some SLGs heh

Oh I like that! Fancy pack! This one is by Joy Lab from Target. I have like 3 others tho haha.
Wow it's from target? I want a "fancy pack" to get with the times but I haven't found one I liked. I got one and found it too small and got rid of it. I love yours and how you wear yours. Thanks for sharing!

OK, it's official then; the bum bag/fanny pack shall from now on be called a fancy pack.
I like how your fancy pack looks so light and comfortable against the body.
Yes, I actually don't wear this one often but the other day when I used it I was thinking this is the comfiest one I have I should use it more!

Thank you! It's from the athletic line but it actually feels quite satiny. I changed out the strap. The one it came with had a huge plastic buckle that I didn't like.

It's the Felicie's turn on her maiden voyage! I keep buying bags during the pandemic and never usign them, and this thread is encouraging me to rotate them.

Today's story was that i needed to bike somewhere 45 minutes away to pick up some books and I took an empty Northface backpack with me for the books. Since I was biking, I needed something small to wear for my wallet, phone, and keys so that they are easily accessible, and the Felicie mostly did the trick. I say mostly because i am a hoarder and i wanted to bring more things that did not fit easily there.

1. my phone
2. Coach skinny with my transportation card and other keys
3. The pouch insert for the felicie (i attempted to add cash and CC and metro tickets (in case i get too tired from biking) in the skinny, but it was too skinny)

I tried to stuff my coach wristlet that has my allergy pills, pen, and, tissue pack, sunscreen in there, no dice.
I tried to take the stuff from the wristlet to put in the bag, no dice.
I ended up putting the pouch directly in the backpack.

I forgot to bring my mini handsantizer that's normally attached to my other bags, so i was without, which was very not good. Between biking and using this bag, i was really afraid i was gonna get this bag really dirty - but it was okay. I was able to find hand santizer in a lot of places (all the bathrooms are closed due to the pandemic).

What I really need, is a fancy pack :P

Anyone who knows me, knows I hate visible branding. I seriously do not like visible logos. I don't like large logos. But I LOVE that bag! The colors really make it so that the logos are more like a pattern on the canvas rather than a brand logo.

To fancy pack land it is! :happydance:
I love my Miomojo Luca, which is made of recycled coffee ground fibre and fishing nets. I'm going to pack her up tomorrow to take her with me for my weekend shenanigans.
Here is a picture I blatantly stole off of internets.

Here's what I carried the few times I left home this week; M Antony in Mustard, glossy goat. This is bordering on vintage and still going strong. It's one of those bags that carries a ton but still looks reasonably small compared to the mountain of stuff it can carry.

Here's what's inside
in the front pocket:
iPhone 6S
napkins
hand sanitizer
extra mask

in the main compartment:
umbrella
Moleskine calendar&pen
Furla Bi-Fold wallet (in my favorite color, Smeraldo:heart:)
LV 6 key holder DG
random hairclip
Folding Wayfarers
tissue
MJ bunny pouch with a million gazillion gadgets and necessities (manicure set, nail file, measuring tape, charger chord, TinyMate earphones, bandaids, disinfectant wipes etc)
I could have easily fit in a 250ml water bottle, or a thin scarf or gloves.

Okay, this is borderline crazy. I put all of the stuff I had in the Ant into my Miomojo Luca fancy pack. They_actually_fit.
I can still carry it crossbody, although the large items make it a bit bulky so it's not so comfy to carry on my chest but on the back or under my arm it's totally doable.

It’s so pretty! I love carrying my fancy packs on my back like a sling. So easy.
