According to the T&CO website:

IMPORTANT NOTE
The gemological standards on the Web site refer only to
round brilliant diamonds from .18 to 2.99 carats set
in certain solitaire ring styles. Smaller or larger round
brilliant diamonds, fancy-shaped diamonds and
fancy-colored diamonds each have their own specially
tailored standards of evaluation. Consult your Tiffany
sales professional for details.

Round brilliant diamonds from .18 to 2.99 have traditionally always included certificates. Maybe they changed their policy; they've been changing them a lot lately. As long as it .19 you at least know it's cut to standard and has minimum color/clarity grades.

missD, that looks GORGEOUS on you! So perfect and dainty. . .and the contrast of colors is sooo yummy. It looks like a substantial size too! I love it! I'm totally lusting after one now too. (And you look GREAT!)

Aahhh your hubby is so wonderful. How did he know you wanted the necklace - did you hint? Or did he just know? I have to do a lot of inception type work with my bf to "let him know" what to get me for my bday. . .haha :graucho:
