What's better than DiorShow?

It's really all about preference. Some mascaras work better for others because of the applicator. I personally like mascaras that have a smaller brush. They are good for getting all the lashes covered. I don't have very long or thick lashes, so I need a brush that can get every little lash. I'm using Clinique Lash Power right now and it's been working great for me.

Ive tried them all and the best mascara out there is Max Factor Volume Couture in waterproof. It holds the shape of your curl and is the formula is not clumpy at all. I think its a lot better (and cheaper!) than Dior Show.

my favorite mascara of all is the Loreal High Pigment one. plus it's cheap. you should be replacing your mascara every 3 months or so - it doesn't make sense to pay for something that isn't necessary even though I have bought the high ends in the past...

ive tried diorshow (yuk), and chanel inimitable (it was good, but still didnt do that well wen i had put liquid eyeliner on), but the other day i brought mac's plush lash - WOW i love it - crazy crazy length of eyelashes and volume - and its half the price of chanel (at least in NZ)

I agree, if you are going to spend money on mascara at the dept. store the MAC plumplash is the best, although I still prefer the loreal HIP over even this one. but yea, its way better than diorshow...

CHANLE Inimitable is fantastic, however, it is more seperation than volume. Believe it or not one of the best mascara on the planet is Great Lash by Maybelline. It has been out since 1972 and I still use it on my clients whenever I do makeup for photos or events. The thing about all mascaras is the brush, ie DiorShow, look at the brush it is huge.

I had made a thread on finding the perfect mascara a little while ago, and on the recommendations of fellow pfers, I bought Chanel's Inimitable. It's by far the best. Cover Girls' Lash Blast is good too, it's less pricey. My only complaint with Chanel is that its not as black as I'd like - my eyes are a really deep black-brown color and my lashes are really dark. I'd love a deeply pigmented mascara.
