What is the price range of the aquamarine these days? I know it depends on size. I tried one on about a year ago and it was in the $7,000 range. But after trying on several aquamarine Legacy lookalikes in other jewelry stores, nothing felt as good on or even compared to the Tiffany one.

I will be in the minority and say I prefer the Schlumberger over the Legacy. I have the sapphire and diamond version in all platinum. I love that it is sparkly but understated enough for me to wear it everyday. I have many rings but I have been wearing this ring daily since I bought it. I don't wear any other rings.

I do have a Cartier Love Bracelet though. Mine is just a plain rose gold and I also love it. Obviously I wear it each day as well.

The Legacy is beautiful but I still prefer the Schlumberger!

in my local store it is around 8.5k for a 1.3/1.4 and around 13k for a 1.7/1.8 if i remember right... the other ring is about 8k

I like the Legacy but if you can't get the size you want now, I'd go for the Cartier.

I love the aqua legacy that is what I am getting as an Christmas present from Fiance'! It is absolutely gorgeous IRL!!! Happy birthday and enjoy which ever one you choose!!!!

I love the Legacy ring! Recently, I tried on some Tiffany engagement rings and I think that anything over 1 ct. looks very nice in the Legacy style. However, if you want a big stone, you should wait. Try on the one in your price range, but if you feel like it's not what you had in mind, then you shouldn't get it. This is too much $$ to be anything less than 110% thrilled with it!!
Personally of the three, I would want the Cartier Love because you could wear it every day, with everything! The Schlumberger ring is nice too, but I'm a bracelets girl myself.
