I just went to the grocery store to pick up a loaf of sourdough bread; eggs; three 32 oz containers of Chobani yogurt; 6 oz of smoked salmon… 67USD

I didn’t even buy the 10USD+ eggs in the cardboard container; the Land O’Lakes (a butter brand) brown eggs were under 7USD…. But, I think everything has gone up.

Though the groceries are cheaper than the weekend bakery trip lol :)

Lychees from the fruit stand: a bit over three pounds… 20 USD

This is the last thing I purchased before new tariffs set in…I’m still recovering from a massive stroke. My left side is still paralyzed. I can not wheel my wheelchair effectively with one arm. So I bought myself a little help getting around
Atto sport mobility scooter.

Wishing you well and sending positive vibes!

Meeting some friends we went to a cafe in town and after we went jeans shopping (not for me) I picked up a few K beauty essentials:

Beauty of Joseon Dynasty Cream (very light weight)
Beauty of Joseon Beauty Cleansing Balm (very good first cleanse, no extra eye makeup remover needed)

I've already used their rice bran mask and
loved it. Totally recommended. Extracting, exfoliating. tightening and moisturising. Not cheap cheap, but you don't need much and actually it works out cheaper than single use sheets or sachet masks. You only need it once a week and you see results after first use. Don't use if you have very sensitive skin though.

No, I don't work for them :D

My husband and I intermittent fast and eat 2 times a day, and no snacks. We save so much money LOL.
