Thanks so much. It actually really helps to hear someone say something nice after this week. I'm a grown up professional and I'm flummoxed by how little power I have in this situation. It's so weird that they wouldn't believe me... a customer over years who has never had an issue. I'm also sleepless trying to work out how it happened.... if there's a staff member at the MyTheresa end who has some racket going on? How would you ever know. Even Customer Service is divided between Barcelona, Munich and Manila. So how do they actually investigate an issue? I don't even know what country my package was packed in. It's mind-blowing that with so many organisations struggling in retail they should have so little concern or respect for their customers. I used to think it was a really good and reliable retailer. Now, I just think they're just a totally cold, rip-off profiteering corporation. Thanks for your nice words.
