Just received the Lady Dior Chain Pouch in Cloud Blue!

I do have one question regarding the impression the tag made on the back of the bag - is that normal? It was shipped to me like this and is quite noticeable in person

I see a slight impression from the tag on the back. Thankfully it is just on the back where it isn't visible to others, and not on the front. They really should be careful with protecting the bag from this tag.
