What type of closure do you prefer ?

I prefer a ziptop whether it's a hobo or boxy or whatever.

I also have a soft spot for flaps that secure with buckles - if and only if the buckles actually buckle and are not just for show.

For me, it depends a lot on the size of the bag. I like snaps or magnets for clutches and small bags, but prefer zippers for larger ones.

Have any of you not bought a bag that you liked because of the closer ?

I own many bags that has a zipper, even though I'm not a fan of this closure. But I bought them anyway because I love the bag itself and how beautiful and functional it is. I also have 2 bags with a magnetic snaps, too. And one with turnlock closure. I complain about these, but it won't stop me from buying the bag. If I love them and can afford them, I'll buy them in a heartbeat.

Open top and or flap. I do not like zippers, too troublesome.

Zippered, I have one drawstring and I find it a bit annoying and get paranoid when I go somewhere. Turn locks are alright but I'm afraid the hardware will scuff-up eventually. Flaps are annoying unless I have time but if I'm in a rush they're just irritating. Zips just make me feel secure.

Zippered with a flap over and the main closure being a turn lock clasp.

Zippers, but I like totes/shoppers to be open (Goyard Saint Louis), just looks nicer imo.

I have no preference, but I don't really like turn lock. I had a turn lock wallet and it got annoying.
