What to do to a seller who sells fake designer purses in Ebay!

That is definitely a fake LV wallet.

I would ignore any further communications from the seller. IF you do want to send it back, write FAKE inside it in black sharpie pen. Or red sharpie pen on the outside canvas. Make it like a stephen sprouse item, red and write in a graffiti print "fake fake fake fake fake fake fake" all over the canvas. LOL

stop replying to this seller. send one final message stating that ebay/paypal advised you to destroy the bag, and if he has an issue with that, to contact paypal and ebay since it was their instruction. then let him know you are not going to be communicating with him furture because the transaction has been completed.

I don't know why you keep fretting over this. Alliemia has given great advice.....Ebay/Paypal told you to destroy the bag so you do not have to return it...just kill it, stomp on it, give it what it deserves. If you want to be nice email the seller what Ebay/Paypal said and just block any more emails from the crook. I'm sure you have better things to do with your money than pay for return postage. And why would you even consider returning a counterfeit item which will only be sold again to another unsuspecting buyer.

hey Starium29/starium, why did you make up 2 new IDs here? Please use ayd29, our rules clearly state you can't have more than one account here.

I have been meaning to get rid of my ayd29 or changed the user ID to Starium. Probably it doesn’t make any difference to anybody, but ayd29 is also my email address. I just don’t like that showing on my user ID. Just like anybody else here, it is kind of neat to have a nickname. I did try to communicate with TPF on how to change my ID, but receive no answer. You can give me suggestion, and by the way they did block my starium id. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Need more info. here to make a definitive opinion, but I think if you received your $$ back you need to return the bag. (seller to pay return ship) Don't think they really need to send you a box since you should have the one it was originally shipped in...I DO NOT condone anyone who sells fake merchandise, however, sales people aren't always experts....There is a possibility that the bag is real in which case you received a free bag and the seller is screwed...If it's fake why would you want to keep? Paypal acct. would also have your seller's id... Now that you've found this site I hope you won't purchase anything else w/o posting here first...esp. since you have purchased 3 fakes so far!

To ricogirl,

Yes, I do have the original box, and everything that goes with the package. Forgive me, if I am too harsh for this opinion. If you are a seller, and you are not an expert of selling a purse that is a designer, then don’t you think you should imply in your listing that you are not sure of the authenticity of the item being sold? Then it is up to the buyer, if they want to take that risk. I am a collector, and would love a good deal if it’s available. On the other hand, I don’t want to pay large money for a fake purse. Why should I spend more money returning a purse that is fake, waste of my time… If I return the purse that is fake, I will just encourage a seller to sell it again to buyers that don’t know a thing or two about designer purses. What did the seller learn when they can get away with the crime. Nothing!

My latest experienced was the seller’s description, “Not to ask questions,” because he only sells real designer purses. So I did put a bid, and won.

i would have NEVER bid on a bag if the seller had listed that in the description!! that is a big red flag to me that this is a person that does not want my business and more than likely would not be honest about what they are selling. and as far as them wanting their bag back - to bad! they need to learn a lesson about what happens when you lie and sell fake bags!!!

Who cares if the seller calls you a thief! S/he's the outlaw in the first place!

ITA with you!!!!!!!!!!

I love your answer Ms. Princess. I am with you in regards to, "to bad". I had in the past bought couple of fake items, but it was less than $60. So no complaints were filed, it was too small to make things out it. Of course when we are talking about $100 or more, now that is a different matter.

My anniversary is coming-up, and I wanted to get a Chanel Jumbo Flap bag. I saw some in ebay, and could probably get it with the buy it now price. But no thank you… I just feel sorry to the sellers, for I am afraid it's fake. Too expensive to gamble. I am one buyer they are going to lost their business because of seller's who sell fake stuff.

It might take me long time to wait for my bag purchased at the Chanel Boutique, but hey, at least it's real.

On the other hand, I love the sellers who are honest, and don’t mind keeping me and my husband inform of our purchases. I LOVE U Good and honest sellers.

Hi,

you can't change your ID w/o Vlad, only he can do it. If you PMd him and he didn't reply I guess that means no. But our rules clearly say only ONE ID/person. You can't just stop using one and make up 2 more. . .
