just got the new package they sent out. and no whiskey wrislet. :sad:

i'm on the phone with them now and they said it'll be at least until the 14th when they get it back in...and since they're replacing a lost order, i can't just get a refund. BUT, i'm gonna go ahead and get it in pond and see what i think.

and it seems weird...the lady on the phone is basically accusing me of lying about a package not received. how can i lie about that? there's not even tracking for it?! sheesh. she's making me feel like a criminal!

BUT, i must say: the PUNCH color in my beauty case it AMAZING! i love it. (and i got the flower charm...that's going back, not digging it).
 
I ordered the legacy stripe wristlet a few days ago and I have not received any update on shipping or a FedEx number. I am getting frustrated that I haven't gotten any info on an estimated ship or arrival date.

What has been the experience of others? Does Coach usually send out things quickly? Should I call them and inquire about the progress of my order?
 
^they ship out quickly, yeah. but it's hit and miss with getting tracking numbers, etc. sometimes i get the emails and sometimes i don't.

Kallison, thanks for letting me know. When I checked my order status on the website, it still says "In The Warehouse." It seems it should have been updated telling me it shipped even if there isn't a tracking number yet.:shrugs: I'll probably give it one more day, and then make the call to customer service.
 
i'm only upset becuase THEY screwed up. i have zero tolerance for stuff like that, when i'm putting out a few hundred bucks.


I think in very much the same manner.
I expect top notch treatment and customer service for that kind of money. Refunding your sip or offering you free ship on your next order would be a very classy, customer service oriented, proper thing to do. But, well see. did you ask?
