Is the Box style as great as it seems to me? I want one so badly and of course now they are no longer available new. I am on a mission to find one in great shape. Is there a big difference in the Box versus the Twiggy? I have read other threads but I need help to convince me so I feel better about not finding the Box of my dreams.

WHAT IS THE DOWNSIDE IN THE BOX AND THE UPSIDE IN THE TWIGGY? I maybe need the downsides to stop spending my time searching and just give into the Twiggy. :crybaby:

i don't have a box, but i guess the box is shorter in terms of E-W..proportional wise. it maybe about the same size as a first but rounder version...first is quite flat. i like twiggy..it's cute esp when it's slouchy. i personally think it is a rounder version of city. twiggy is bigger than box.

i've seen box from time to time on *bay. you just need to be patient to wait for the perfect one.

from what i've read, bal discontinues a style 'cos its sale is not as good as others. i suspect twigger is bigger so it is still around?? anyone any opinion??

I have owned both and have no complaints. The box is well... as it's namesake.... Boxy shaped, almost square-ish. If it's packed to full capacity, it can look bulky. The strap is long enough to wear cross body (don't know measurements). I never had a chance to really "break-in" the leather, so I am sure over time it would look less structured and more collapsed.

I currently own a twiggy. It's longer than the Box and fits more. I used to think it looked like a sausage or loaf of bread. If packed to full capacity, it really does look like a sausage (but I'm not a "stuffer"). The strap is the same length as the city (I think), and I've never tried it cross body. If you use the strap over the shoulder, sometimes the bag will curve with a slight "u" shape because of the short straps pulling up the ends. Broken-in twiggies look amazing. I suggest the twiggy because it does hold more and you'll most likely have an easier time finding one.

I think this falls into the "What is the next one" category of this topic. These two bags are newer than the lists in the other reference threads...

Does anyone know the dimensions and MSRP of the "RTT?" When was it introduced?

Does anyone have a picture of the "Tote?" I tried to get waitlisted at NM for the amethyst Work, but they're only carrying the color in the W/E (bigger than I want) and the Tote.

Yes, I had the Shoe Bag in Black (I sold it a long time ago). I had also seen it in Brown (which I believe was the same leather as the '05 Marron). Alas, this style was discontinued a LONG time ago ... so, the only place to find it is on the 'bay or one of the Consignment sites.

I'm pretty new to the world of bbags but I saw the purse recently in a picture and LOVE the shape of it....I want one sooooooooooooooooooo bad either in plomb or chocolate.....is this style still in production or has it been discontinued?? Would i be able to find it??

Please help a newbie out:confused1:

A toilette twin here :nuts:

I use mine for whatever I need it to be Casper :p on my trip, I used it mainly as an organiser to put my camera, tickets, passport etc..

If not, just tissues and make ups :D

It is so functional and practical, just a great 'lil investment :nuts:

The purse was discontinued after 2006, so it´s impossible to find it in plomb colour (Plomb was made 2007). But I´ve seen a few black and truffle purses in the *bay this year. :tup: I´m hoping to find grape or pumpkin purse someday. :drool:
