What style wedding band should I get to go with my engagement ring?

I like the first one, but you may want something a little wider. You'll need to try them on and see what they look like together. Let us know what you decide to get :)

Thank you all so much for your compliments and opinions!

It's hard to tell from the photo, but my e-ring is very dainty (my photo sucks and doesn't do the ring any justice). I can't think of another or better way to describe it; dainty and modest, yet very classic. I think I will need to be very careful with what wedding band I chose because I don't want to take away from my e-ring. I almost think that I need to go with the thinnest band I can find. If I go with a wider wedding band I think it would overpower my e-ring. And, I will always wear them as a set and will most likely have them soldered together.

Right now, I am leaning towards the styles of #1 and #3. I think a channel set would be more durable and practical, but I think that a pave or prong set band would be a very nice match with my ring.

I am really excited to shop for rings this weekend! Even though I've been engaged twice and married once before, all of my previous e-rings and wedding bands have been chosen for me. This will be so much fun!!

i feel that #1 is too delicate and you might pop out a diamond and #3 channel set has too much metal on the sides, hiding some of the diamonds. i used to have a channel set tiffany band and later got a cartier pave band - the cartier one is much brighter since it is bead set. the bead set also has metal sides so it has the durability of a channel set but without hiding any diamond. best of both worlds!

i know cartier makes it - call it "pave" and leon mege makes it called "brightcut".

just imagine one (not three) for this ring:

I like #1 the best but from your pictures I think that #2 would look best with your e-ring. Congrats, they are all beautiful. Let us know what you choose.

I have #1 and bought it for the same reason you are looking for that style-I wanted something thin and delicate. Mine is in platinum and it does not scratch the setting of my e-ring (also platinum)

Just make sure it fits your finger properly or the pronginess will cut into your side fingers and be uncomfortable (this happened with my first one-it was made a 1/4 size too big so I had it re-done and now it's perfect).

Let us know what you get and be sure to post a pic! Oh, and your e-ring is lovely, too!

I like #1 and 2 but if I had to choose just one, I would go with #1. It adds more sparkle in a really simple way (not too much metal to take away from the diamonds nor your engagement ring) The extra sparkle complements your e-ring quite nice!

#1. I feel like your e-ring has a more modern feel to it and #2 has a very vintage feel to me so it doesn't really flow well together. I never liked #3. Plus, #3 will make it look too modern/casual. I think #1 will go very nicely with your e-ring. I think it will make the entire look more classic.
