What size is a 16 VCA bracelet?

Is 16 considered a small? So 15 is considered a extra small?

If I’m a size 16 in VCA, does that mean I would also be a size 16 in the love bracelet or are Cartier sizes different?

I have the Perlee signature bracelet in size medium and Cartier love in 18. They’re pretty much the same.
I think I’ve heard that Perlee small is equivalent to Cartier 16 .. not 100% sure though.
