Seriously.
Actually, I just sent off an email, because in all honesty, I got the phonecall this past Friday, and I was on my way to work, so I was trying to make an on the fly decision about possibly choosing another color according to what she was offering me on the phone. I was quite distracted, and if I hadn't been on my way to work, I would have put more thought into what to say, and maybe I would have said what I wanted to say, but instead I ended up sending them an email. The thing is, I REALLY wanted the Dove. Not only that, but I had been one of the 5 that scored the additional $50 off of the Black Friday prices. So I was psyched!!! So, for two weeks, I had been anxiously awaiting my two bags. The Purple Glaze arrived safe and sound, and then I was even more anxious waiting for my Dove.
So to get the call two weeks after i placed the order (and also noted the charge on my card) was super disappointing. I honestly thought that since I ordered it and it had been charged to my card, that I was getting it for sure.
I am hoping that maybe they can make it right for me... I sent the email Saturday, and I am going to give them a few more days, and then I am going to make a call too...
I would call, if I were you.
