I went the consignment route because of all the horror stories I'd read about scammers on Ebay and Bonzale. I sold my LV's and Chanel's to Yoogi's closet and my Coach's to BBOS.
Course you never get back what they're really worth, but Yoogi's Closet is wonderful to work with. They pay for shipping and even when I changed my mind about selling one of my Chanel's, they sent it back at their cost. (I ended up selling it to them later, just needed a bit longer to think about it.)

I sold my bags outright because the difference in price wasn't all that much. I figured anything was better than letting them sit there not being used. I've learned the hard way that majorly expensive bags just aren't worth it to me. That lesson came with a price though! :shocked:

Thank you. I think you went about it the right way using consignment. I agree that majorly expensive bags really aren't worth it. I have plenty of fun with my RMs.

I can tell already that I made the right decision. I absolutely love my black MAB. I can't believe how great the leather is and they sure didn't scrimp on the hardware. Definitely worth the money.
Like I said before, I only wish I'd tried this brand sooner. :hysteric:

Once I discovered RM and the soft, plush leathers that she uses, I dumped all my Coach, I had 25 Coach bags! lol Coach leather seems hard and vinyl-y to me now, not to offend anyone who loves Coach, just my personal opinion.

So happy you love your new black MAB!

I finally have something on the way to me that I've been waiting to come out...

Black Destiny Satchel with matte black hw
And matching wallet

Can't wait! They're coming from different places so I'll have the bag before the wallet. Wallet's on back order...
