*sigh* Well, we all knew it was going to happen...I just could not stop thinking about it...and with my 40th birthday coming up in a few weeks, I figured I'd just bite the bullet and do it. It may not be a MAB, but I just know it's going to be gorgeous and made in NYC to boot...

Yes. I caved. Just placed my order for the BBW MAM with hunter green zipper track.

Haha! I'm eyeing the purple zipper for Christmas. That and the MAC. I may buy the MAC for myself. But I just have such a dilemma.

1. I already have a regular MAC w/ blue zip but the BBW MAC is amazing.
2. I also already have a BBW MAM (blue zip) but its an OS and pretty well broken in

So can I justify the BBW MAC & BBW MAM (purple zipper)

I'm also going back & forth between the BBW MAM or the Python Colorblock..

Buuut I'm still kind of holding out to see what Black Friday brings:graucho:

That is a dilemma! I already have a black MAM with blue zip track, but was able to justify this purchase for two reasons: 1) it's BBW, which I don't have; and 2) the hunter green zipper track isn't something we've seen before. If only it had had silver or GM hardware, I'd truly be in heaven right now. :p

Given the above, I definitely think you'd be more than justified in getting the BBW MAC! Yes, regular and BBW are both black, but the BBW detail definitely makes it different enough to justify both in your collection (at least that's the line of reasoning I'm using while explaining to DH that I bought yet ANOTHER bag). :giggles:

Besides, they're made in NYC, which doesn't happen very often either. See? I can provide you with all KINDS of justification, if you need it! :D

I will more than likely end up with the BBW MAC. Whether I buy it myself or I ask for it for Christmas from my mom.

Now the MAM on the other hand, I believe my bf is willing to buy me one for Christmas. I was really wanting the python color block after seeing it at Sak's last week. I was hoping to get it during Amazon's sale but its sold out now. He's not a fan of the python so if he picked it will probably be the BBW. Even though I already have one, it IS a different color zipper and I've been wanting something with a purple zipper and like I said my other BBW is older and the BBW isn't as defined as these newer ones. BUT I like the python because it's something different I really like the combo and I have mainly solid colors in my collection. I just don't know how versatile it will be.


Haha I'm ranting. Maybe I can some how end up with all 3 , if I'm lucky. :graucho:

My birthday & Christmas are two weeks apart so I usually end up with combo gifts. Lol.

My bf has really got it bad because my birthday is two weeks after, our anniversary a week after that, and V-Day a month later. Poor guy:roflmfao:

Just ordered an eggplant MAC; should be here early next week. And I'm so so so tempted to get the BBW MAM!! I'm waiting to see what Black Friday will bring, but if there's nothing there, I might just order the BBW. It'd be even more perfect if it was a MAB, but I'll overlook that 'cause I really want a BBW bag.
