No kidding? Have you tried calling her? If you can't get her on the phone, someone in her group can usually help.
I just noticed that they finally changed my username! Now I don't have to be the only person on tpf who was dumb enough to use their real name when they signed up!
I've called both Nicole's direct extension and the main line and in both cases no one answers and the mailbox is full. I think I'm going to wait for the holiday to pass. I'm guessing the staff will be light all this week. I'm not the only one with this issue. Another gal in the OSS thread was trying to get ahold of Nicole as well, with no luck.

That's crazy, I was on my phone trying to reply to the candy tri zip pics and I noticed your name was diff. I had to get on the comp to make sure my phone was working! Funny, if you hadn't said it was your name I wouldn't have even noticed, that's how observant I am, LOL!
