Aside from my wedding rings I never leave the house w/out my thumbring, watch, and a great pair of earrings - feel naked without earrings. Not usually the same earrings though...I have an earring addiction - show me a pair of big white gold earrings & I will buy them!
Anything else I have is not worn every day. Some days I wear different bracelets or no bracelet. Some days a chain, pendant, pearls, etc - or none depending on the neckline. I have lots of rings but usually pick one to wear on my right hand. I do occasionally change my watch too.
So then I guess most used is my thumb ring which I never take off.
