What makes you loyal to coach?

After buying the Coach I want for the season I couldn't afford to get another brand bag if I wanted too.......J/K kinda.

Quality of the items, excellent customer service, classic styles, and good value...

They make good classic bags that you can dress up or down. I don't feel like I'm carrying such a fashion statement that everyone has to stare, but my bags are still nice enough that people notice them. I can wear them to work and then go out with my friends at night and I don't have to switch what I'm carrying. They hold up well. They're fun. They're easy to organize.

Just the right balance of form and function.

i agree!!! i love how style changes so frequently so you dont see a lot of people carrying the same type of bag
