Fellow stalkers, the bad thing is I that a lot of items that many of you are looking for are being sold way over retail by resellers (bought strictly to resell when they’re well within the return period) in many of the FB groups, eBay, and on Instagram. The good thing is that LV is aware of these resellers and many of them will be receiving the “banned” letter. Just wanted to let you all know that LV is working diligently to curb this problem.

I hope so. I’m still stalking the website for the Onthego in vert. I’m surprised how much I love this bag. I got one in reverse monogram for my mom as well and she loves it. It was such a great mother’s day gift.

Thank you for the info. I noticed that type of selling practice on instagram. I realize as I get older or gain more experience, as I prefer to call it lol, that almost nothing is ever free. I noticed someone selling the mini pochette for $200 more than retail. I was like ‘thanks but ahem no thanks’!! Stalking has done me just fine, thank you very much. Stalking got me the Favorite MM twice (first order was defective and I had to send it back and resume stalking, the horror!), and the regular PA in both prints.

That is a positive, what is the banned letter? What bothers me more than the resellers are those that are selling and distributing the fakes! I have been collecting the giant collection and I saw a video on you tube the other day comparing the different fakes that are on the market.... I was shocked to see just how many there were and the OTG has fakes that cost only a $120 that looked like exact replica's of the OTG that I got from LV!

I’m new to LV. But I’ve jumped into the deep end. Within a week I have purchased 5 items I have been stalking.

It started last week with a Monogram Neverfull GM. Then I added a monogram zippy wallet. A few days later I stalked and snagged a monogram key pouch as soon as it became available on the website and later a coin and card holder in cobalt as soon as it came available and then today I went back to the store to buy a Speedy B 25 in Noir Empreinte.

I think I may need an intervention.

Haha. I just did the something similar! My first LV purchase was May 12, and I’ve purchased 7 things since. (EEK!!) I wanted one item from certain categories (wallet, catch-all, crossbody, everyday bag, etc.) and now I find myself wanting more but need to cut myself off for awhile. It gets addictive that’s for sure.

Going back maybe 5-10 pages on this thread, it seems like it pops up every now and then (2 that I've counted so far) so I am keeping my fingers crossed! I am also following IG personal shoppers at major department stores (I've seen them post it in the past); I refuse to pay the outrageous mark-ups to resellers!

no kidding! I see the same people in the FB groups over and over again with these coveted pieces marked wayyy up. the bright side is I don’t see a lot of people buying them, so hopefully that drives the demand down, but with LV releasing them so infrequently, who knows.

The ones I saw in this thread that got one recently were in Canada. My CA is also on the hunt for me. I'm not paying the mark ups either. They are charging $1800 and up, I'm like I could get a full size speedy b new for cheaper!
