Hi there - new to purseblog but not LV...I have been looking for the mini pochette accessoires in DE for a little while. I was in two stores last Friday and was told they only get in about 1 of each pattern per month. I noticed the website always says call for availability. Today at 11am I called customer service and was told it was unavailable in all patterns online AND in stores and that due to the demand for this piece, they are unable to predict when it may be available again and that they can no longer put anyone on a reservation list. At 1pm, I walked over to one of the two stores I was in last Friday and they had it in the DE I was looking for! I told the SA that 2 hours earlier I was told it’s unavailable when I called the 800 number. Is this their normal M.O.?

I was told the same thing this morning by CS. I decided to call a store and ask. I got lucky and they had the MP DE in stock. They also had MP Mono but I was 5 mins late on calling, someone else purchased it.

Unfortunately yes... this is their NORMAL M. O. This is exactly why this thread exists; customer service doesn’t have the info (or withholds the info) and same with the store sales associates. It’s all very confusing as you can get a different story every time you call the 1-800 number and every time you speak with a different sales associate in store.

So some of us chose to stalk the website and hope to stumble across the hard to find items we are all looking for. Others are lucky and walk in store and find what they are looking for and others have wonderful store associates that are able to place spacial orders or locate the items someone is looking for.

Congrats on your mini PA in DE, there are many on this thread who are looking for this little gem as well

I’m new to LV. But I’ve jumped into the deep end. Within a week I have purchased 5 items I have been stalking.

It started last week with a Monogram Neverfull GM. Then I added a monogram zippy wallet. A few days later I stalked and snagged a monogram key pouch as soon as it became available on the website and later a coin and card holder in cobalt as soon as it came available and then today I went back to the store to buy a Speedy B 25 in Noir Empreinte.

I think I may need an intervention.

We’ve all been there...but congrats on your purchases! :hugs:

To me, it’s like decorating a home. It’s much cooler to slowly add beautiful items one by one rather than buying all your furniture at once. Good luck!
