I’m so sorry you are having such a rough time with this. I think someone posted this same issue a while back. They said they finally got a hold of a good CS rep over the phone that went into the system and cleared the unprocessed orders. They were able to make purchases online after that. I would try calling CS again.

My PA Mono I ordered on Monday just arrived and it’s perfect! Ahhhhh lol after 2 years of checking stores, stalking online, even responding to Instagram CAs, I finally got one! Made in France in mid Feb of this year!

I know it may sound redundant, but keep trying. It can be frustrating at times. Yes, I was able to purchase a HTF item on a Sunday, a few weeks back. Hang in there.
