Not this time around. I feel like it’s a hit/miss with them. I’m so tired of being on the phone with CS! Lol. They always give me a generic answer. When I called yesterday, the CS rep I spoke with said he couldn’t figure out what was going on other than that my phone number was used for my LV profile and my husband’s profile. So I changed the phone number on my husband’s, ordered on my profile, and still cancelled.

I’m gonna order under my husbands profile next time using his card and we’ll see how that goes.

And CS won’t be able to order for me if I try to call and ask them to order because my order was cancelled by the system and since the item doesn’t show up on their catalog.

Side note: called CS line & she told me Escale collection in production as we speak, with plenty coming in the collection and will prob have official release in June. Also, they have shipped to stores before they released online, so when stores open up you will be able to purchase at your store as well. I am going crazy with refreshing myself, ha! However, I'm so frustrated with resellers right now saying it will not restock and price gouging. I saw the pastel NF sold by a reseller for $3850.00 bc she was convinced that it wouldn't be restocked. It truly breaks my heart that people can take advantage and flat out lie to make a dollar during this anxious time. So people, please don't allow anyone to get over on anyone you know. I shouldn't allow my emotions but dang, it frustrates me beyond end to see all the sharks right now.

Again, ha, still lurking for the Bleu and the Rouge NF.

Also, this place has been a comfort. Love how everyone has each other's back on here. Appreciate you all!

Yes I've seen all 3 available on Canada site. Toiletry 26 popped up several times in the past few weeks and stayed available for some time. I'm also stalking the PA mono, was able to place in cart a couple days ago, but couldn't make it past payment :(.

It is really crazy what people do to make a quick buck. I've seen people post the Vanity PM on Instagram for sale for as high as 50% markup (yes! There was a Canadian consignment place "selling for a client", asking $4500 when it retails $3000 CAD!) saying it's "sold out across North America and Europe", but anyone could use the "Check in store availability" option to see that plenty stores in Europe have it in stock! smh

The same consignment place also tried to tell me her client told her the retail for the Vanity PM was $3400 so with her province's tax it would be $3800+. I told her that her client lied to her, the retail is $2980 and with my province's tax rate it would be $3,129 and that I'd rather not pay almost $1400 more for a bag that is still new and not discontinued. She couldn't believe it. Why don't these IG consignment places verify what their "clients" tell them?! smh (#2)

Hope you get this resolved. I can only imagine the frustration after stalking for days on end then only to have your orders canceled repeatedly.

It's crazy! I'm seeing resellers in Vancouver selling the MP kaki for $3,000 saying it's sold out everywhere, but anyone who stalks the site for a day would be able to get it for $2,300 + tax online!
