Thank you to all those who commented and helped. After a frustrating day of speaking to multiple client advisors with different information and different delivery of messages (one made me feel like I was getting banned!) I finally spoke to someone who immediately answered all my questions in a heartbeat with no hesitation.
1. 30 day limit for purchases online is a ROLLING 30 day calendar and does not reset the 1st of the month. The 30 day starts again from the date of your last purchase.
2. Returns do not reset your purchase limit. They are still counted as purchases even though you returned them (which makes sense) so keep that in mind! Boy did I learn that the hard way.
3. I got specific reasons to why my two purchases were cancelled. The pochette accessoires in DA was a known IT issue from the other night. It kept saying place in cart and people were able to order but they had to cancel about 70 orders when there was only a couple available. My Vanity PM would have been cancelled anyway because when it gets checked into the warehouse, it updates on the online system for very briefly but even if someone is able to buy it, they have to fill the preorders first and they are still doing that now.
I now know that I have to wait until mid April to try my luck again and hope I don’t run into problems. In the meantime I will help out others on here find their items. My stalking is officially on hold for a bit.
