*CANCELLATION ISSUES* - must read as this may be helpful for some of you!
Hi everyone, first and foremost, I would like to send positive thoughts your way and hope everyone is staying safe.
I have had issues this past week with an order that did not go through and was cancelled and I assumed it was because I hit my limit. Upon further investigation, I was within my limit even with my returned items (still not sure if returned items count as part of your monthly limit, noone could tell me) Yesterday, I was able to snag the Vanity PM in which I have been stalking for over a month. I couldn't believe it and was so anxious I called client services. They said my order looked fine, I asked about the item limit, she said it looks fine and should go through. She said it was just pending express shipping approval since they waived it and she was going to see if that can get pushed through. They approved the express shipping and AUTOMATICALLY I RECIEVED THE EMAIL SAYING THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT MY ORDER. Of course I was screaming at this point like what on earth is going on?????? There goes my SECOND Vanity PM order that was cancelled on me. The first was because stock issues in early Feb.
Anyway, after further investigation, she said my account had 10-15 transactions or attempted transactions of purchasing the Pochette Accessoires. She found it in her back end after digging a little! I couldnt believe it. I purchased 2 PA in Mono, one in early Jan and one end of Feb for my new daughter that was born and that's it. I never attempted to purchase anything else after that. She was able to go and cancel all of those incomplete transactions and suspects thats why my order was automatically cancelled. She confirm I was within my limit and I should be ok but we won't know until I order an item again and it goes past the approved shipping stage. I now will have to stalk for this item again and it may take another month... I'm so upset I could cry but I hope this helps some of you to figure out if you have any issues, ask the client advisors to dig a little deeper for you. I am thankful she was able to help after speaking to a few different people that couldn't tell me anything.
