I know, it was a very stressful day personally but it was definitely something I was looking forward to..... not, yea, the big fat crease was the first thing I saw. Your description of something ran over is on point.

The sad part is, I couldn't imagine them selling that in a boutique. If the online purchases are going to be hit and miss on quality control, they're going to lose customers.
