I just got my mono key pouch and am so disappointed... do you guys also see the big fat crease on the left side? At first I thought it would come out but then the crease is also on the inside as well. This is def going back..... speaking of which, do you guys order a replacement right away after requesting a return?

I know, it was a very stressful day personally but it was definitely something I was looking forward to..... not, yea, the big fat crease was the first thing I saw. Your description of something ran over is on point.

That’s not normal, yes send that back...now you have to stalk for it again. gesh

A lot of the key pouches are showing up like that. I’ve seen a lot of pics and unboxing on Instagram. Not sure why. Would love to know if anyone has insight.
